Senior Manager Operations

Location: Onsite in Bekasi

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and client needs.
• Lead transformation and improvement initiatives to boost service quality and scalability.
• Oversee daily operations including inbound, outbound, inventory, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure efficient use of resources(manpower, equipment, space) and meet service level agreements.
• Monitor and analyze KPIsto maintain performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage operational budget and P&L, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high service responsiveness.
• Collaborate across departments(BD, AM, IT, HR, HSE) for smooth operations and projects.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, and support audit readiness.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in 3PL logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing operations for lifestyle sectors or e-commerce is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and guide large teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in logistics systems (WMS, SAP) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of logistics trends, customer expectations, and operational best practices.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); experience in business correspondence is a plus.
