Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and client needs.
- Lead transformation and improvement initiatives to boost service quality and scalability.
- Oversee daily operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and meet service level agreements.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to maintain performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage operational budget and P&L, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high service responsiveness.
- Collaborate across departments for smooth operations and projects.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, and support audit readiness.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in 3PL logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing operations for lifestyle sectors or e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and guide large teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in logistics systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of logistics trends, customer expectations, and operational best practices.
- Fluent in English; experience in business correspondence is a plus.
