Operational Manager

Job Overview

Deserve Social Club is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operational Manager to lead the full operational excellence of our premium sport-lifestyle destination. This role oversees daily operations across court facilities, café, VIP areas, shower suites, academy programs, community activities, and brand activations. The General Manager will bridge operational execution with marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless, elevated customer experience while driving revenue growth, team performance, and long-term business impact.

• Lead all daily operational activities and ensure premium service delivery across all Deserve facilities.
• Develop and execute operational plans, including collaboration with Marketing on large-scale tournaments, events, and brand activations.
• Build strong engagement with members, customers, and the padel community to drive loyalty and increase court bookings.
• Maintain optimal performance of courts, café, VIP rooms, communal areas, pro shop, and supporting services.
• Produce monthly performance reports covering revenue, expenses, traffic, and key operational insights.
• Manage, guide, and motivate the operational team toward productivity, discipline, and high performance.

• Minimum 3 years of operational management experience in hospitality (hotel, café, club, etc.), premium sports facilities, retail, or similar industries.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of customer experience, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for member and community engagement.
• Proactive, decisive, and adaptable in fast-paced operational environments.
• Passion for sports (padel or racket sports preferred).
