PT. Sumber Guna Nusantara is a supplier of building finishing materials, including carpet, vinyl, and raised floor.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the installation of our finishing materials, ensure installers perform well, and provide thorough reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Act as liaison between clients, internal team, and installers regarding technical installation (carpet, vinyl, raised floor).
• Monitor project progress from start to finish and ensure timeline adherence.
• Conduct on‑site surveys and project takeoffs.
• Ensure installation quality meets company standards.
• Prepare routine project reports for clients and internal teams.
• Create plot drawings and shop drawings as technical communication tools.
• Identify field obstacles and provide quick solutions.

• Minimum 3 years experience as Site Supervisor / Project Manager in construction or related field.
• Understanding of flooring material installation processes (plus points).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (plus points).
• Strong communication skills, including client interaction.
• Ability to work on‑site and coordinate with multiple parties.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
