• Manage daily operations for retail property development projects, coordinating with construction teams, partners, and vendors.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for operational activities including procurement, inventory management, and document management.
• Assist in developing operational plans and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with related functions such as marketing and sales to ensure smooth integration.
• Monitor compliance with regulations, procedures, and internal company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational or project management role within the property or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, supply chain management, and safety standards.
• Analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English.
