Develop manpower planning, KPIs, and strategic plans related to HR, GA, Purchasing, Branding, and IT.
Prepare office budget planning.
Control HR costs as well as office maintenance and asset expenses.
Manage GA & IT assets.
Supervise payroll and invoice processes within HR, GA, Purchasing, IT, and Branding.
Maintain relationships with HR and Purchasing vendors.
Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, or Law.
Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in Back Office functions.
Strong two-way communication skills and initiative.
Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.).
Assertive, adaptable, visionary, multitasking, and detail-oriented.
