• Implement and maintain processes required to comply with ISO 13485 and CPAKB standards.
• Develop and execute production plans according to targets and production capacity.
• Plan manpower requirements to support production activities.
• Prepare and update production SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor the entire production process, from raw materials to finished products.
• Ensure that production results meet established quality standards.
• Prepare accurate and periodic production activity reports.
• Coordinate with related departments (PPIC, QA, Warehouse, and Engineering) to ensure smooth production processes.

• Minimum education:
  
  Vocational High School (SMK) / Diploma (D3), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in production (preferably in the medical device or manufacturing industry).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, capable of preparing reports, and possessing strong analytical skills.
