Process Engineer – Michelin

Mission:

• Ensure obtention and quality progress performance in your area of responsibility (Business Unit).
• Monitor and apply Michelin Manufacturing Way best practices in your area of responsibility.

Key Expected Achievements:

• Delivered products are compliant with quality planning models and are manufactured in compliance with obtention standards, with Sound Michelin Manufacturing Way practices applied.
• Quality and productivity performances comply with goals defined by the shop; first‑time principles are applied.
• Customer risks, product compliance and quality performance risks are anticipated, and actions to reduce risks are implemented.
• All complaints, nonconformities, non‑standard situations, and performance shifts are processed appropriately.
• Effectiveness of implemented actions is demonstrated.
• Causes of anomalies and non‑performance are resolved and are input into the progress plan.
• The Quality Obtention section of the Progress Plan is completed; you contribute to its definition.
• Help all operators gain quality job competencies (mentoring, training).

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical) or related sciences.
• Experience in project management and comfortable handling cross‑functional projects.
• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or quality engineering.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Self‑directed, resourceful, with a positive attitude; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong skills in analytical thinking, communication, teamwork, and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Fluent in English (B2).
