Process Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer to oversee our production engineering team and ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production engineering, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Supervise and lead the production engineering team, including assigning tasks and setting priorities.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet production targets.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure material and resource availability.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure that production processes comply with quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies, conducting safety training as needed.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production engineering role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Have experience in the plastic injection manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
• Good communication in English. Can speak Japanese is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a high integrity and loyalties to the job.
• Understand ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
