Position: Factory Innovation Staff

Responsibilities

Analyze existing production and manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities
Identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability
Research new manufacturing technologies, tools, and methods suitable for factory implementation
Support process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation projects
Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented improvements
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to innovation projects

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or innovation projects
Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies
Familiarity with automation systems, digital manufacturing tools, or video editing is an advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
