Production Supervisor

As production Supervisor, you will be responsible to:

Set daily/weekly/monthly production plan based on production target

Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing production schedules

Overseeandcoach subordinates (Chief Operator, Operator, Helper)

Check production output according to product specifications

Submit reports on performance and progress (daily & weekly)

Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures/SOP

Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

D3/S1 Engineering or related major

Minimum 2 years of experience in production supervisor roles in FMCG/Frozen Food industry

Familiar with Microsoft Office products

Good ability in leadership and giving directions

Familiar with food safety standards, Halal regulations, HACCP, GMP

Willing to be place in Cikarang area
