Job opportunity for Leader Produksi a Roti Cemerlang Tbk in KOTA BEKASI, JAWA BARAT, Indonesia.
Qualifications- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (berpengalaman) hingga D3/S1 (diutamakan jurusan Teknik Industri dan Teknologi Pangan).
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 1‑2 tahun sebagai leader, atau koordinator di bidang produksi manufaktur/makanan.
- Memahami dan mampu menerapkan standar keamanan pangan seperti Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), serta Sistem Jaminan Halal.
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, tegas, dan problem solver.
- Mampu menghubungkan komunikasi yang efektif antara departemen produksi, Quality Control, dan Maintenance untuk meminimalisir waktu henti mesin.
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift.
