Job opportunity for Supervisor Produksi a Roti Cemerlang Tbk in KOTA BEKASI, JAWA BARAT, Indonesia.
Qualifications- Pendidikan Minimal D3/S1 bidang Teknologi Pangan, Teknik Industri, atau jurusan relevan.
- Berpengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun di posisi yang sama atau sebagai Leader/Foreman produksi, diutamakan di industri pengolahan tepung atau bakery.
- Memahami dan mampu mengimplementasikan standar GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, ISO 22000, serta Sistem Jaminan Halal (SJH).
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel) dan sistem Accurate untuk pelaporan stock opname dan output produksi.
- Menguasai metode analisis seperti PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) atau Root Cause Analysis jika terjadi masalah (downtime mesin tinggi atau produk cacat).
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan target output yang ketat.
