- Umur maksimal 23 tahun
- Pendidikan SMA, SMK, D3, atau S1 (maksimal 25 tahun)
- Tidak bertatto
- Tidak memiliki riwayat berbahaya
- Tidak sedang kuliah
- Bukan mantan karyawan PT Epson
- Hanya kandidat yang telah mengirim data yang akan diproses untuk mengikuti tes (apabila memenuhi persyaratan)
