- Execute and monitor work activities to ensure targets are achieved in accordance with production plans, including new model preparation, budget management, capacity enhancement, improvement projects, safety, discipline, attendance, 5S, and visual management
- Supervise assigned production areas and conduct regular meetings to ensure readiness for new model implementation, budget achievement, capacity improvement, product quality, and specification requirements
- Control and monitor the usage of indirect materials within the production process to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Communicate, report, and provide clear updates regarding target achievements and requirements related to new models, budget, capacity improvement, continuous improvement, safety, discipline, work quality, and 5S activities
- Support the Production Department in driving initiatives to improve product quality, productivity, workplace safety, and workforce multi-skilling development
