Tanggung Jawab
- Melakukan analisa gambar & data teknis untuk keperluan estimasi biaya (cost estimation).
- Melakukan costbreakdown material, komponen standar, proses machining, perakitan, heat treatment, surface treatment dan lainnya.
- Menghitung kebutuhan material, komponen, dan proses produksi sesuai spesifikasi.
- Mengumpulkan, membandingkan dan menganalisa harga dari supplier/vendor.
- Menyusun dan membuat penawaran harga (quotation) secara akurat dan kompetitif.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim Design, Produksi, Purchasing, dan Project terkait estimasi biaya.
- Melakukan evaluasi perbedaan antara estimasi biaya dan realisasi biaya proyek.
