Our TeamIn the Manufacturing Excellence Department, we strive to improve operational performance by deploying Manufacturing Total Performance (MTP), Variation Reduction methodologies, and Total Process Control practices that enhance process capability, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
Mission- Drive the deployment of Manufacturing Total Performance (MTP) and Variation Reduction methodologies across the manufacturing site.
- Lead the implementation of Total Process Control (TPC), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and continuous improvement practices to improve process capability and operational performance.
- Develop organizational capabilities through coaching, training, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, manufacturing excellence, or continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Total Performance (MTP), Variation Reduction, Total Process Control (TPC), and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, or equivalent methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operational improvement projects
- Ability to analyze manufacturing data and monitor process performance using KPIs and dashboards
- Experience in coaching, facilitating training, and developing operational competencies
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital tools for manufacturing performance monitoring
- Fluent in English (written & spoken, min. B2 level)
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang
- Experience in deploying Manufacturing Excellence or Operational Excellence programs
- Knowledge of process capability analysis, statistical methods, and manufacturing analytics
- Experience with manufacturing digitalization, process monitoring systems, or industrial data analysis
- Professional certification in Lean Six Sigma or related continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage
