Job Description
- Operate production machinery and equipment, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards.

- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.

- Ensure adherence to production schedules and standards, maintaining high levels of quality.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and regulations.

- Assist in the implementation of production improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth production processes.

- Mengoperasikan mesin dan peralatan produksi, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap jadwal dan standar.

- Melakukan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan rutin pada peralatan untuk memastikan kinerja optimal.

- Mengidentifikasi dan memecahkan masalah produksi untuk meminimalkan waktu henti.

- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap jadwal dan standar produksi, menjaga tingkat kualitas yang tinggi.

- Memelihara lingkungan kerja yang bersih dan aman, mengikuti semua protokol dan regulasi keselamatan.

- Mendukung implementasi perbaikan produksi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi biaya.

- Berkoordinasi dengan anggota tim lain untuk memastikan proses produksi yang lancar.
