Posisi ini membutuhkan SMA/SMK sederajat, bisa bekerja dalam tim maupun individu, bersedia shift, sehat jasmani dan rohani, teliti dan bertanggung jawab. Tanggung jawab meliputi mengoperasikan mesin, perakitan, pengecekan kualitas, menjaga kebersihan area, serta mematuhi K3 dan target produksi.
