Kandidat harus memiliki SMA/SMK sederajat, mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun secara mandiri, bersedia bekerja shift, sehat jasmani dan rohani, teliti, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab. Lokasi kerja di Karawang/Bekasi disesuaikan kebutuhan operasional perusahaan.
