PPIC Officer CMI

PT Chageur Medikal Industri (CMI) is a medical device manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality healthcare products. We are looking for Operator to join our manufacturing team and play a key role in our production operations.

• Perform the production and assembly of medical devices in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
• Operate production machines and equipment in compliance with established procedures and authorized operating limits.
• Conduct basic visual inspections of finished products and work-in-process (WIP) to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Monitor production process parameters to maintain product quality, consistency, and process stability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, including disciplined implementation of housekeeping and 5S principles.
• Comply with all Occupational Health and Safety (K3) procedures and consistently wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (APD) while working.

• Education:
  
  Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or a related field
  
  Experience:
  
  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in a manufacturing production environment, preferably in the medical device or electronics industry, is an advantage.
• Competencies:
  
  Basic understanding of GMP, 5S, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) procedures; able to read and follow Work Instructions; detail-oriented and disciplined in carrying out assigned tasks.

  Responsible, meticulous, able to work effectively in a team, and committed to quality and workplace safety standards.
