* Melakukan investigasi komplain untuk feedback customer
* Melakukan study monitoring shelf life dan monitoring minyak tidur
* Melakukan simulasi traceability dan mock recall by SAP
* Melakukan evaluasi performance pest control management
* Membuat CAR untuk case komplain ke supplier dan perbaikan di internal terkait komplain
* Melaksanakan implementasi laboratorium manajemen sistem yang sesuai dengan SNI/ISO IEC 17025:2017
** Job Requirement:
*** Min. S1 Teknik Kimia/ MIPA Kimia, Teknologi Pangan atau dengan pengalaman 2 tahun di bidang quality.
* Memahami dan mampu mengaplikasikan sistem jaminan mutu yang berlaku (ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000 versi 5.1, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Sistem Jaminan Halal SMK3, ISCC, RSPO, SMART D Safe, Kosher, ISO 17025 : 2017).
* Menguasai pengaplikasian program-program komputer.
* Mampu berbahasa Inggris dengan aktif.
* Mampu menjalin hubungan interpersonal secara efektif.

Our palm oil plantations cover more than 138,000 hectares (including smallholder farmers). Our primary activities are cultivating and harvesting oil palms, processing fresh fruit bunches (FFBs) into crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel, and refining CPO into value-added products such as cooking oil, margarine, and shortening.
