Qc & Engineering Supervisor

Overview

PT Fleksindo Wijaya Teknik specializes in engineering, manufacturing, and supplying pipe system products such as gaskets, flexible joints, expansion joints, fluoroplastic lining, insulation & jacketing, fabrication, and safety shield products. We serve chemical, power plant, fertilizer, industrial, and oil & gas industries.

• Supervise and control Quality Control and Engineering activities in manufacturing processes.
• Ensure all production processes comply with ISO 9001
  , company standards,
  Working Instruction (WI), and SOP.
• Monitor and manage incoming, in-process, and final inspection to ensure product quality meets specifications.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and QC teams to maintain quality and process efficiency.
• Analyze quality issues, defects, customer complaints, and conduct root cause analysis with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop, review, and control quality documentation including WI, SOP, inspection checklist, and quality reports
  .
• Support and participate in internal and external audits (ISO, customer audit, etc.).
• Supervise the use and calibration of measuring instruments
  .
• Provide training and guidance to staff regarding quality standards and working instructions.
• Prepare regular reports related to quality performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree (
  S1
  ) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering
  , or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as QC Supervisor / Engineering Supervisor in manufacturing industry (preferably gasket, rubber, sealing, or related products
  ).
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001
  , quality management systems, and audit processes.
• Have Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and material especially about industry standards such as ASME, ANSI, JIS
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and product specifications
  .
• Experienced in preparing and implementing Working Instruction (WI) and SOP
  .
• Familiar with measuring tools such as caliper, micrometer, thickness gauge
  , etc.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
  .
• Good communication skills and able to work cross-functionally.
• Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
