Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA Asst Manager in the Automotive industry
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Experience working in multinational companies is preferred
Strong technical knowledge of QA/QC in Automotive industry
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Lead and manage overall Quality Control activities, including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Final Inspection, and Quality Assurance processes.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve QA systems and procedures
Handle customer complaints effectively, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes
Prepare and present quality performance reports to management
Quality planning activities and implementation of Core Tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
