Senior supervisor Quality (Coil winding operations)

• Sufficient skill for Incoming quality and supplier quality process monitoring and control.
• Having working knowledge in assembly parts quality as well as machining
• Good teamwork player and motivating all subordinates
• Hands-on experience in supplier/customer audit
• Knowledge of QMS systems like ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001
• Well experienced in Quality tools like PPAP, SPC, 7QC tools, Why analysis.
• knowledge of the problem-solving tools,6 sigma, dash board creation, Skill matrix & calibration.
• Effectively involved in cost reduction activity through Quality including KAIZEN activity
• Proficient written & verbal

• Supervise the overall daily quality function like IQC, IPQC, OQC, Customer compliant and Audit.
• Ensure ZERO defect outflow on delivery shipment for the export customer.
• Manage and follow up in process check and monitor overseas supplier parts quality.
• Maintain and improve process rejection improvement activity through applying quality tools and statistical analysis.
• Create and Verify inspection standard and maintain document standard in genba (control plan, FMEA, Process flow)
• Ensure the process followed by the operator with respect to standard on daily basis.
• Conduct periodic audit for process and product quality and need to find improvement on weekly basis.
• QMS audit document maintain for ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 audit and ensure Zero non conformity.
• Observe and identify the operator to staff strength and weakness and improve action periodically.
• Must be familiar with all measuring instrument handling and their usages with accuracy measurement on daily in process and final inspection.
• Create and maintain risk assessment with reference Quality process.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
• Min 3 years' relevant work experience
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Preferably experience in the assembly process.
• Strong knowledge of quality processes and measurement techniques.
