QA/QC Senior Staff

Our client is a Food
and Beverages company
. Currently, they are looking for QA/QC Senior Staff.
- Ensure effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and quality standards across all production activities.
- Monitor and control the manufacturing process to ensure product consistency, safety, and compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and verification of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Analyze, evaluate, and support product development activities, including testing and improvement of fermented products.
- Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management Systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000).
- Oversee documentation of quality inspections, laboratory results, and audit records in accordance with document control procedures.
- Ensure products meet both internal specifications and external regulatory standards, including halal requirements.
- Support and coordinate internal and external audits, including certification and regulatory inspections.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards, hygiene practices, and food safety procedures.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Production, R&D, Supply Chain) to improve product quality and process efficiency.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Business level of English.
- Have 4 years experience as QA/QC Staff in food manufacturing company.
- Have Halal, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 certification.
- Experience with quality control tools, laboratory testing methods, production monitoring, understanding of document control systems and quality documentation practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage members, effective communication, good analytical thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Experience in fermented food products is highly preferred.
