Diharapkan calon memiliki pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK dan pengalaman kerja di bidang yang sama selama minimal 1 tahun.
Kerja shift serta kemampuan untuk bekerja dalam tim sangat penting. Perhatian terhadap detail dan ketelitian dalam pekerjaan juga menjadi kriteria utama.
