Team leader – Quality Assurance (Coil winding operations)

Expertise in quality control and assurance.

Strong leadership for managing quality inspection operators.

Having experience daily patrol inspection and audit.

Sufficient skill for measurement instrument and their usage

Having working knowledge in assembly parts quality confirmation activity.

Good teamwork player and motivating all operators

Knowledge of QMS systems like ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001

Working Experience in Quality tools like PPAP, SPC, 7QC tools, Why Why analysis.

Knowledge of the problem‑solving tools, 6 sigma, dashboard creation, Skill matrix & calibration.

Effectively involved in cost reduction activity through patrol inspection and production operators training.

Verbal English is added advantage.

Daily quality function like IQC, IPQC, OQC, Customer compliant and Audit.

Ensure ZERO defect outflow on delivery shipment for the export customer.

Create inspection standard and maintain document standard in genba (control plan, FMEA, Process flow).

Ensure the process followed by the operator with respect to standard on daily basis.

Conduct periodic audit for process and product quality and need to find improvement on daily basis.

QMS audit document maintain for ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 audit and ensure Zero non conformity.

Must be familiar with all measuring instrument handling and their usages with accuracy measurement on daily in process and final inspection.

Shift management and training enhance for quality operators

Diploma or Senior High School / Vocational School equivalent experience in Engineering.

Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience.

Preferably experience in the assembly process.

Strong knowledge of quality processes and measurement techniques.
