Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure product quality across steel manufacturing and fabrication processes.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards.
- Investigate quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and drive continuous improvement.
- Handle customer complaints, prepare quality reports, support quality audits, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical, Materials, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing (preferably steel, metal, or fabrication industry).
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015, steel manufacturing processes, product standards (SNI, JIS, ASTM, EN, AS/NZS), and Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
