Qualifications
- 1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred
- 2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Control Team Leader (flexible packaging experience preferred)
- 3. Understanding of ERP systems, Ms. Office, and other relevant software
- 4. Fluent in English
- 5. Detail-oriented, meticulous, and possesses strong analytical skills
- 6. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
- 7. Excellent communication skills (internal team and inter-departmental)
- 8. Domicili and Placement in Bekasi City
- 1. Review and evaluate QC reports
- 2. Ensure testing is conducted according to standards
- 3. Analyze and verify the physical integrity and completeness of products
- 4. Execute calibration procedures for all quality-related equipment
- 5. Monitor the operation of high-speed machinery
- 6. Ensure consistent quality across printing, lamination, finishing, and spout processes
