• Supervise and guide a team of quality control technicians, ensuring efficient execution of daily QC tasks.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures and standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet specifications.
• Investigate quality deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation, preparing regular reports on quality performance for management.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement in product quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably within the FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in supervising a team and managing QC operations.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), GMP, and HACCP principles.
