Job Title:

Domain Expert – Q&A Development

Hourly rate: $15 per hour (output driven ONLY) (Can be discussed after qualifying the assessment)

We are seeking highly skilled Chemistry professionals to develop high-quality Chain of Thought (CoT) Question & Answers for advanced scientific and mathematical problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual foundations, rigorous analytical skills, and experience in structured scientific reasoning.
Proficiency in LaTeX is essential for producing clear, well-formatted, step-by-step solutions.

• Develop detailed Chain of Thought (CoT) Q&As across advanced scientific and mathematical domains.
• Ensure logical coherence and structured reasoning in both questions and solutions.
• Use LaTeX for precise scientific notation and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal review teams to ensure consistency and quality.
• Conduct in-depth reviews to maintain scientific accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Contribute subject-matter expertise across the following domains:
• Polymer Chemistry
• Analytical Chemistry
• Physical Chemistry
• Inorganic Chemistry
• Organic Chemistry

• Master’s degree or PhD in relevant Chemistry domains.
• Strong academic or research expertise with the ability to create structured scientific explanations and step-by-step analytical solutions
  .
• Mandatory experience in academic content development, research, or structured Q&A creation
  .
• Strong proficiency in LaTeX for technical and scientific writing.
• Excellent analytical thinking, scientific problem-solving ability
  , and attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, logically structured reasoning
  .
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, review-driven environment
  .
• Preferred:
  
  Experience with
  AI/ML-based problem formulation, evaluation, or model testing
  , and familiarity with educational technology platforms and digital assessment workflows
  .
• Additional advantage:
  Experience in red teaming or adversarial evaluation
  .
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
