We1re looking for a Store Manager to lead high performing teams at our Diamond & Co - Surabaya Store. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment, understands luxury customer service, and is motivated to exceed sales targets through strong team leadership and operational excellence.

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales performance, customer service, and team management
• Drive and achieve store sales targets and KPIs
• Lead, manage, and develop store team (Sales Associates)
• Monitor daily sales, stock levels, and in-store activities
• Ensure visual merchandising is aligned with brand standards
• Deliver excellent customer experience and service quality
• Control inventory shrinkage, stock loss, and operational costs

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager (retail preferred)
• Strong ability to drive sales and work under targets
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and energetic
• Comfortable analyzing sales reports and KPIs
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
