Lead and monitor the performance of multiple supermarket stores within the assigned area.
Drive achievement of sales, profit, shrinkage, inventory, and operational KPIs.
Ensure consistent implementation of SOP, merchandising standards, customer service, and store presentation.
Coach and develop Store Managers and store leadership teams.
Analyze store performance and develop action plans to improve sales, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
Supermarkets, Grocery & Petrol Retailing
Requirements- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supermarket/retail, with at least 2 years in Area Manager, Area Coordinator, Cluster Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong experience in managing multiple stores and large operational teams.
- Strong leadership, business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of retail KPIs, including sales, margin, inventory, shrinkage, manpower, and operating costs.
- Willing to travel between stores within the assigned area.
