Demand Planning Analyst

PT Arnott's Indonesia is a multinational company with brand Good Time and Nyam Nyam. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged and passionate Demand Planning Analyst
. This position is a 12-month contract role.

• Managing data support to the sales, marketing, finance, business development on Sales data analysis and performance
• Ensure that the team deliver performance as measured by data accuracy KPIs are achieved through efficient and effective use of resources, process, and systems
• Build alignment with sales, marketing, finance, supply, and customer service in master data connection for forecasting process
• Update secondary sales report and primary sales report as a feed to IBP Process
• Managing Weekly Secondary Sales Analysis Report & Primary Sales Analysis Report, Forecast Accuracy Tracking report
• Coordinate and communicate with related parties for SKU performance report
• Analyse balance Supply vs Demand and ensure to avoid discrepancy between demand and supply
• Create forecast base line recommendation to Sales & Marketing based on agreed running rate & incremental sales activity, by sku, by account, by distributor in cases and value
• Identify and analysis of latest projection current month based on latest issue on supply, demand, logistic

• Bachelor’s degree from any disciplines with minimum 1 year of experiences in Data Analytics
• Good analytical skills (Mastering Business Intelligence program e.g. Power BI)
• Data Modelling & predictive analytic (Mastering programming language such as Phyton, etc)
• Artificial Intelligence literate would be advantage
• Confidence, integrity, and good interpersonal skills
• Good in English, written and verbal communication skills
• Business acumen
• Ability to work under diverse and simultaneous demands in a FMCG environment
