Fullstack Developer; Mid-Senior Level

We are looking for a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer with proven production experience to join our product team in a fast-moving startup environment.

This role is intended for engineers who have already shipped real features and can work across frontend and backend with minimal supervision.

This position is for a full-stack developer with demonstrated experience.

• Build, implement, and ship production features across frontend and backend
• Own features end-to-end
  , from technical planning to production delivery
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features efficiently
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, production-ready interfaces
• Develop and maintain backend logic, APIs, and integrations
• Handle integration, testing, optimization, and post-release fixes
• Adapt quickly to changing product priorities and evolving requirements
• Continuously improve performance, reliability, and developer experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Hands‑on, production experience with Next.js and Vite
• Strong understanding of modern state management (Zustand, Redux, React Query, or similar)
• Solid knowledge of CSR, SSR, and hybrid rendering
  , applied in real projects
• Strong capability in building mobile‑friendly, responsive UI aligned with modern UX standards
• Ability to translate UI/UX designs into adaptive layouts across mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS (highly preferred)
• Experience optimizing frontend performance in real‑world product environments
• Strong experience with PHP (Laravel) in production systems
• Working knowledge of Python
  , particularly for Odoo development
• Practical experience with RESTful APIs
  , queues/background jobs, and caching (e.g., Redis)
• Awareness of backend performance, security, and scalability considerations
• Experience working with relational databases
• Comfortable working in Dockerized environments and agile/fast‑iteration teams
• Fluent in English for daily communication
• Able to work independently, take ownership of features, and deliver production‑ready solutions

Working Hours:

Split shift following USA time zone (9 AM – 1 PM and 9 PM – 1 AM)
