Senior Automotive Software Developer – Bekasi

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Automotive Software Developer to join their innovative team in Bekasi. This position is central to developing advanced software solutions for automotive systems, including infotainment, connectivity, and autonomous driving features. You will contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment, working in a dynamic, hybrid environment that combines in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Your expertise will be vital in driving the technological advancements that define modern vehicles.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software for automotive embedded systems using languages like C++, Python, or Java.
• Implement and optimize algorithms for complex automotive applications, including sensor fusion, path planning, and control systems.
• Work closely with hardware engineers and system architects to define software requirements and interfaces.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code, and perform thorough unit and integration testing.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of software issues in both development and production environments.
• Contribute to the definition and improvement of software development processes and best practices within the team.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a significant portion focused on embedded systems or automotive software.
• Strong proficiency in C++ or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, AUTOSAR).
• Familiarity with software development tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
