Main Responsibilities- Coordinate day to day logistic operations, including shipping, storage, also cargo distribution.
- Supervise warehouse operations, including cargo receiving, storing, sorting, and picking.
- Analyze the performance of logistics operations and create strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service to customers.
- Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
- Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
- Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
- Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in operation, sales, or marketing within the logistics / transportation industry.
- Good understanding of logistics operations, transportation networks, and warehousing concepts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare cost and pricing analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong interpersonal skills with customer-oriented thinking.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
