Overview

Managing delivery and inventory for two distribution centers within the company's highest selling network. Leading daily logistics operational activities and ensuring efficient, safe, on-time delivery to customers.

• Manage delivery and inventory for two distribution centers within the company's top selling network.
• Lead daily logistics and operations teams to achieve service and cost objectives.
• Maximize distribution capacity while minimizing cost, delivered safely and on time to customers.
• Maintain intense communication with 3PL partners to resolve inventory and distribution issues.
• Maintain and monitor stock levels and plan for stock replenishment.
• Monitor and manage Proof of Delivery documents.
• Report daily delivery cost ratios and occupancy rates.

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics as a supervisor, and/or 2 years as a manager (preferably from an FMCG company).
• Expertise in Demand Planning; experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS) is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and clear, straightforward communication.
• Proficient with ERP software (SAP) and understanding of FIFO.
