Custom Broker - PIB Implant; outsource

• Prepare and submit Import/Export Customs Declarations in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.
• Review and verify instructions, information, and documentation required for customs declaration processing.
• Determine and assign tariff classifications to ensure correct calculation of duties and taxes.
• Ensure all required documents are complete and compliant for the appropriate customs procedure.
• Enter, process, and submit customs declarations through internal systems and EDI platforms (Host-to-Host submission is an added value).
• Obtain final validation of customs declarations from exporters/importers prior to submission to customs authorities.
• Monitor customs responses and provide timely status updates on declaration processing.
• Act as a liaison between the company and customs authorities, providing required information and documentation.
• Support customs inspections or physical checks by preparing and submitting necessary documents and declarations.
• Provide guidance on customs compliance, including FTA regulations, and advise internal teams or customers on customs procedures and decisions while ensuring data accuracy and integrity for customs activities.

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor's degree from recognized university or relevant qualification
• Hold Customs Broker certificate is a plus
• Experience in a fast paced, dynamic and or multi-cultural MNC environment in Logistics/Freight Forwarding/PPJK company is a plus
• Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with good organization skills and ability to multi-tasking
• Knowledge and understanding of Country Customs & Regulations
