Customer Service ​/ Document Staff

Handle export and import documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Coordinate bookings with shipping lines and airlines.

Communicate with agent, customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processes.

Monitor shipment status and provide updates to clients.

Capable to manifest export import.

Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to logistics services.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments.

Work under tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Export–Import, or Transportation Management.

Familiar with export and import document ion, booking to shipping line or airlines.

Have experience as Customer Service in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company is a plus.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Able to work under pressure with tight deadline.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Handle export and import documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Submit Shipping Instructions and manifests to shipping lines/NVOCC.

Issue and verify House Bill of Lading (HBL) and Master Bill of Lading (MBL).

Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, co-loaders, and agents for smooth documentation processes.

Process and monitor payment requests to shipping lines and vendors.

Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document filing.

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Export–Import, or Transportation Management.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.

Understand flow of import export documentation and procedures.

Have good interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with overseas agents.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
