Warehouse Operations & Systems Coordinator

As a Warehouse Operations & Systems Coordinator at HMNS, you will bridge warehouse operations and technology by implementing and optimizing WMS, OMS, and ERP processes. You will improve workflows, develop SOPs, support system adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build efficient, accurate, and scalable warehouse operations.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce operations, or supply chain, with hands‑on involvement in OMS and/or WMS implementation.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, or other fast‑moving retail operations.
• Exposure to barcode, labeling, or warehouse automation system implementation.
• Experience supporting warehouse setup, 3PL‑to‑in‑house transitions, or large‑scale operational transformation projects is advantageous.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to guide teams through operational change in a practical and supportive manner.
