- Supervise and control all inbound operations to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate inbound processes.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by monitoring documentation, system updates, and physical stock movements in line with established procedures.
- Prepare and analyze inbound and inventory reports to support operational monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Enforce safety, quality, and SOP compliance across all inbound activities to maintain a safe and well-organized warehouse environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or inbound operations, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, inbound processes, and warehouse systems (ERP/WMS).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willing to work on site in Cikarang.
