Warehouse Logistics Supervisor

We are hiring a Warehouse Logistics Supervisor for a leading international home appliance company, at its facility in Cibitung, Bekasi. You will manage the full warehouse flow (receiving, storage, sorting, and dispatching), keep operations efficient and standardized, and drive improvements in inventory accuracy, cost, and delivery performance.

Full process management of warehouse receiving, storage, sorting, and dispatching to ensure efficient and standardized operations;

Responsible for implementing 5S management, inventory counts, and warehouse location optimization, etc., to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency;

Responsible for supervising the enforcement of warehouse management systems and operating procedures, identifying issues and promoting optimization;

Based on product shipping data and business scenarios, comprehensively evaluate costs, timing, and planning needs, develop operational plans, and optimize the entire chain's visualized performance management;

Responsible for monitoring warehouse costs (labor, consumables, equipment, facilities, etc.), and proposing cost-saving and efficiency improvement plans;

Responsible for analyzing operational data (such as inbound and outbound efficiency, shipping accuracy, etc.), to optimize resource allocation;

Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in logistics management, supply chain management, international trade, etc.

Fluent in English (can be used as a working language), proficiency in Chinese preferred (conversational level)

More than 3 years of warehouse logistics management experience (preferably in the home appliance industry), familiar with the entire supply chain operation;

Good communication and coordination skills, with a team collaboration spirit and problem-solving awareness;
