• Monitor and document children's progress and behavior, providing feedback to parents and staff.
• Encourage positive interactions among children and promote teamwork.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Help prepare materials for lessons and assist with classroom management.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for all children.

• High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Positive attitude and a nurturing demeanor towards children.
• Flexible schedule
