As a Clinical Director, you will oversee the clinical aspects of our behavioral health programs, ensuring that each client receives high-quality, individualized care. You will be responsible for maintaining program integrity, leading a team of skilled clinicians, and upholding our commitment to fostering self-worth and a positive outlook.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee PHP, IOP, and OP programs to ensure effective delivery of evidence-based therapeutic services
- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
- Develop and maintain program policies, procedures, and treatment protocols in line with regulatory and accrediting standards
- Ensure that client care is conducted in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment, prioritizing respect and dignity for all
- Conduct regular staff meetings, trainings, and clinical supervision sessions to ensure adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate care, ensure client safety, and monitor program outcomes
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards
- Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensed in Maryland, with credentials such as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or similar
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience with PHP/IOP/OP programs
