Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is partnering with a local school district in Bel Air, MD to hire a dedicated Occupational Therapist for the 2025/2026 school year. This full-time role offers an opportunity to make a direct impact on students by supporting their developmental, physical, and sensory needs to help them thrive in the classroom environment.

• Assess and evaluate students fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into daily routines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and services provided.
• Provide consultation and training to school staff and families on strategies to support students needs.

• Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy (or higher).
• Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license.
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
