Job Title :
Registered Nurse - Cardiac Tele

Location :
Bel Air, MD

Shift :
Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) on a 3x12-hour rotation

Job Duration : 13 weeks / Every other weekend.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience :
  Community hospital experience preferred. Travel experience required.
• Certifications :
  • Required : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
  • Preferred :
    Previous charge nurse experience
• Skills :
  • Telemetry monitoring, IV therapy, cardiac drips management, and emergency response.
  • Experience with cardiac and respiratory conditions, as well as neurological care.
• Licensing :
  Must have an active MD or Compact RN license at time of submission.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor cardiac telemetry patients (primary/secondary cardiac diagnoses, stroke/TIA patients, and stable cardiac catheterization patients).
• Administer medications (e.g., heparin, amiodarone) and manage drips (non-titratable).
• Perform remote telemetry monitoring via Hicuity System.
• Participate in interdisciplinary support with IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, etc.
