Case Manager Registered Nurse – Days (40 Hours)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Shift / Hours:

• 5×8 Day Shifts
• Start times: 8:00 AM or 8:30 AM
• End times: 4:00 PM or 4:30 PM (based on department needs)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• First-time travelers accepted with inpatient hospital / acute care experience
• EPIC charting preferred

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active Maryland RN License (required)
• BLS preferred

Workload:

• Average daily census: ~15 cases per day

Role Overview:

• Inpatient case management
• Coordination of medical home care services
• Discharge planning and placement coordination
• Addressing social determinants and wrap-around services to ensure safe discharges

Hourly Breakdown Total Hourly Pay Rate: $ 54.00 Per Hour On W2(Taxable): $ 18.00 Per Hour Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 36.00 Per Hour Weekly Breakdown:
