We’re currently seeking a Full-Time Lawn Technician to join our growing team here at Lawn Doctor of Desoto County. • Apply fertilizers and lawn treatments using Motorized Push Spreaders or Walk Behind equipment
• Perform basic shop and equipment maintenance tasks
• Promote and upsell additional services to customers in the field
• Engage with customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, and enhance their service experience
• Maintain high productivity and quality service standards

Note:

This position does not involve mowing or landscaping duties.

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate lawn care machinery
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Must be at least 21 years old, valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Punctual and dependable
• Eager to learn and grow in the lawn care industry
• Passionate about customer satisfaction
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
